On site registration:
The on-site registration desk will be opened at Southern Beach Hotel & Resort OKINAWA from July 8 to July 11, 2014, excluding July 10.
NOTICE: The on-site registration desk is NOT opened on July 10, 2014.
Registration fee for Delegates and Students includes:

● Program & Abstract Book
● Welcome Party (8 July)
● Buffet lunch (9 and 11 July)
● Poster Session (9 July) *including Buffet refreshments

Payment
Payment must be made in Japanese yen by Credit Card and can be made by one of the
following Card type
- Card type: VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, AMEX or JCB
CONFIRMATION
After you complete on-line registration and payment by credit card, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address automatically.
This confirmation must be retained and presented at the registration desk to receive the Conference materials.
*If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please contact the Registration Office.
Cancellation
Notice of cancellations must be made in writing to the Registration Office.
The amount of refund will depend on the date of cancellation as follows.

Until Saturday, 31 May 2014: 60% of the amount paid
From Sunday, 1 June, 2014: No refund
*All refund will be made after the conference.
<VISA >
Every foreign visitor entering Japan must have a valid passport.
A visa is also required for citizens of countries that do not have a visa-exempt agreement with Japan.
If you require a visa to enter Japan, please check with your local Japanese Embassy or Consulate to obtain the necessary documents.

If you should require any support from us in preparing documents for visa application, please kindly contact MAP6 Registration Office (E-mail: map6@ics-inc.co.jp).
Please note that we will start our visa support after we confirm all of following conditions.
1) Submission of Paper, 2) Completion of registration and payment
